What is the MOQ for custom caps?

The confirmed MOQ starts at 50 caps. For a first market release, Launch Kit is structured around a first run of 50–500 caps. Buyers can also begin with Sample Sprint to review one physical sample before bulk production.

How much is the sample fee, and is it refunded?

Sample development is $30–100, depending on customization complexity. The sample fee is fully refunded for one SKU when the order reaches 500 caps. This is separate from the general MOQ of 50 caps.

How long does sample development take?

Sample development is 7–10 days under the confirmed project framework. The exact review sequence depends on the brief, artwork, cap direction, and required specifications.

How long does bulk production take after approval?

Bulk production is 15–20 days after sample approval under the confirmed project framework. Bulk production should follow approval of the sample reference and specifications.

How long is US DDP delivery?

US DDP delivery is commonly 7–10 days. Delivery requirements are confirmed with the project, and the delivery timeline is separate from sample development and bulk production.

What can I customize on a cap?

Customization can cover the cap silhouette, decoration direction, embroidery, graphics, lettering, materials, colors, hardware, trims, labels, packaging, and other details recorded in the brief. The available route depends on the approved project direction.

What fabric do you commonly use?

The commonly used fabric direction is 300–400 GSM heavyweight cotton twill. Mesh, polyester, and other material options can be discussed according to the project brief.

What embroidery equipment do you use?

Embroidery is developed with Barudan equipment. The sample is reviewed against the approved decoration direction and cap structure before the bulk reference is approved.

Can you sign an NDA and protect my cap design?

A formal NDA can be signed when a project requires a written confidentiality agreement. Uploaded Tech Packs are stored privately and visible only to authorized administrators. Client designs and creative direction remain the client’s property and are not used for VNDLRXNX™’s own retail sales.

How do I receive a price for my project?
