- Submit the brief: Share the artwork, references, cap direction, target quantity, and timeline. Attach a Tech Pack if available.
- Develop the sample: Sample development is 7–10 days. Review the physical cap against the intended shape, decoration, material, color, hardware, and packaging direction.
- Approve the reference: Confirm the changes and approve the sample before the bulk step.
- Coordinate bulk: Bulk production is 15–20 days after sample approval. MOQ starts at 50 caps.
- Coordinate delivery: US DDP delivery is commonly 7–10 days. Delivery requirements are confirmed with the project.
- Plan the next order: Use the approved reference for replenishment, color changes, and seasonal development through Repeat Program.
