Fabric and Construction Options for Custom Streetwear Caps
For founders building a streetwear cap line, the physical specification matters as much as the artwork. Our commonly used heavyweight cotton twill is 300–400 GSM, providing a substantial base for structured silhouettes, embroidery, and everyday wear. Mesh, polyester, and other material directions can also be discussed according to the design brief.
Embroidery is developed with Barudan embroidery equipment. The sample review focuses on controlled, high-density stitch work, clean artwork definition, and a decoration result that fits the cap structure and the intended visual direction. We do not replace a physical sample review with an unverified stitch-count claim.
The color system offers 2,800+ color choices for design development. For larger orders, colors can be matched to Pantone references for bulk production, subject to the approved project brief and color confirmation.
Hardware and trims can follow two routes: standard components can be sourced externally, or bespoke hardware can be developed through custom tooling when the design requires a more specific result. This gives independent brands room to balance an existing component with a distinctive custom detail.
