Heavy Embroidery and Patch Cap Development
Heavy embroidery and patch projects need the decoration route and cap structure to be planned together. Define the artwork scale, stitch direction, patch format, placement, panel, backing, colors, trims, hardware, and packaging in the brief. Embroidery is developed with Barudan equipment, while the physical sample is used to review the decoration against the cap structure. The page describes a development direction, not a guaranteed ready-made SKU or a specific stitch count. MOQ starts at 50, sample development is 7–10 days, and bulk production is 15–20 days after sample approval.
