Send your artwork, references, target quantity, and timeline. We encourage a one-sample start so you can review the physical product before moving to the confirmed bulk MOQ of 50 pieces per design. During the sample stage, we focus on embroidery density, hat shape and blank quality, stitching consistency, color accuracy, and packaging quality.

Sample development is 7–10 days under the confirmed project framework. After approval, bulk production is 15–20 days. OEM, ODM, and wholesale requirements can be discussed through the same inquiry.
