Blazerise's own brand

Owned Brand / Design-to-production proof

How We Built VNDLRXNX: A Custom Cap Brand Case Study

Our in-house brand, developed as proof of process. It is presented as an internal design and production reference, not as third-party endorsement.

The role of the project

Culture becomes credible when every visual decision survives production.

  1. Intent

    Initial intent

Create an internal brand platform for examining how a cultural point of view can be translated into clear product and production decisions.

  2. Development

    Design direction

Define a restrained streetwear language through typography, contrast, proportion, and repeatable graphic applications rather than relying on decoration alone.

  3. Development

    Cap specification

Align cap structure, material direction, artwork scale, placement, and decoration intent in one reviewable product brief.

  4. Development

    Sampling

Use physical sampling to inspect silhouette, graphic proportion, stitch behavior, and finishing before establishing an approved reference.

  5. Development

    Decoration & finishing

Review decoration and finishing as part of the complete hierarchy so that material and construction details remain legible.

  6. Development

    Production control

Carry the approved reference and documented decisions into production control instead of reinterpreting the direction during the run.

  7. Output

    Deliverables

Produce a physical internal reference that helps explain Blazerise's design-to-production approach without relying on unapproved performance claims.

What the proof demonstrates

One visual system. One production standard.

  • Direction is translated into explicit material, proportion, and placement decisions.
  • Sampling is treated as a review gate, not a decorative afterthought.
  • The approved reference remains the standard for production control.
